Don’t Toss the Pulp! What I’m Doing With My Juice Leftovers!!
Share
If you’re juicing regularly, you already know the one thing that piles up fast: pulp!!!
But everything it deserves a second chance!
Normally, I Share it with local gardeners 🌱
I pass some pulp along to local gardeners—so it can be composted and used to help grow something new.
But lately, I’ve been finding ways to reuse it instead of wasting it, and it’s honestly been one of my favorite parts of juicing.

Easy ways to use juice pulp (instead of trashing it)
Here are a few simple ideas that actually work:
✅ Add it to muffins or quick breads
Carrot-apple pulp is perfect for baked goods.
✅ Stir it into oatmeal
Adds texture and a little sweetness—especially if the pulp has apple or pear.
✅ Mix into soups or sauces
Veggie pulp can thicken soups and add flavor without much effort.
✅ Freeze it into “pulp cubes”
Great for smoothies later (and it saves space!).
What I’m really excited about: pulp tea 🍵

Here’s the fun part—I’ve been experimenting with making tea out of my juice pulp, and I’m kind of obsessed. Depending on what you juiced, you can make something that feels like a cozy herbal tea, a spa-water vibe, or even a lightly fruity infusion.
Think flavors like:
🍎 apple + ginger
🍋 citrus + mint
Little hint: I’ve got a tea project in the works…
I’m currently working on a little pulp-to-tea project behind the scenes—something that’s all about reducing waste and turning juicing leftovers into tea blends you can actually look forward to drinking.
It’s still in the experimenting phase right now, but it’s coming together and I’m really excited about it. 👀🍵
Stay tuned… I’ll definitely be sharing more soon.
